Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on our platform, including game designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and proprietary software, is owned or licensed exclusively by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes infringement and violates these terms.

By uploading content such as profile pictures or chat messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content for operational and promotional purposes. We respect player privacy and will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and our platform regarding your use of gaming services. These terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on the platform.
